What is our Price Match Offer?

We're committed to making sure you don't pay more than you need to for genuine CPAP equipment from an authorised Australian dealer. mySleep offers price matching when the following conditions are met:

  • The competing price is from a physical Australian CPAP retailer (a bricks-and-mortar store, including those with an accompanying website). Online-only stores and marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, and Gumtree are excluded.
  • The product is Australian stock from an authorised dealer and currently in stock at the competing retailer.
  • The price includes all delivery and related charges.
  • The offer is for the same product configuration with the same included services (e.g. remote setup support).
  • For online prices, we must be able to view the listing directly without logging in, creating an account, or holding a membership.
  • Written quotes must be dated within the last 7 days.
  • The offer is not a supplier-to-retailer promotion (e.g. bonus cushion deals).
  • The product is new equipment that is currently available. Ex-hire, obsolete, clearance, and used items are not eligible.
  • The price match request is made before purchase. Price matches cannot be applied retrospectively.

mySleep reserves the right to decline any price match request.

To request a price match

  1. Contact us and let us know you'd like to request a price match.
  2. Send through the competitor's written quote, or a link to the current online listing.
  3. If your request is approved, we'll process your order at the matched price.
