Need to arrange a return?
Please read our returns policy carefully below. Unless stated otherwise on product description, all items must be unopened for a refund or exchange to occur.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day of receipt so if you are wishing to cancel an order please let us know immediately. Should the order have already been dispatched, please follow our returns process below.
Missing an item from your order?
Upon receipt of your delivery, please check that the contents of the delivery matches the contents as described in the enclosed delivery docket (also detailed on the delivery note that would have been emailed to you upon dispatch). Should an item be missing from your delivery, kindly contact us within 10 days from dispatch or 7 days from receipt to resolve the matter. Should we not hear from you within 14 calendar days of dispatch, we will accept that the parcel and its contents was delivered correctly. Please note that items may sometimes be shipped separately, however, all items on a delivery note and shipped on the same consignment number/tracking number, should be delivered at the same time.
Warranty / Returns
Should you receive your delivery with the following faults we will happily offer replacement items subject to stock availability. Please contact us within 10 days of dispatch or 7 days of receipt of the delivery to arrange for it to be replaced. Products must be returned to us within 14 calendar days with a copy of our Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
An incorrect item was shipped to you
Please immediately contact us to issue you with a RMA.
If we have a replacement in stock we will ship immediately.
If we do not have a replacement in stock then we will offer to ship a replacement when new stock arrives or offer a refund.
All returned products must be packed in the original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. No consumables with damaged packaging or sealed containers that have been opened can be returned without out prior written approval.
Product is Damaged on Arrival
Please immediately contact us to issue you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
If we have a replacement in stock we will ship immediately.
If we do not have a replacement in stock then we will offer to ship a replacement when new stock arrives or offer a refund.
All returned products must be packed in the original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. No consumables with damaged packaging or sealed containers that have been opened can be returned without out prior written approval.
A refund value cannot exceed the maximum of the amount paid at the time of placing the order, and the item must be returned to mySleep Pty Ltd, Unit 1/100 Flinders Parade, North Lakes, QLD 4509.
All returned goods will be checked by our staff prior to replacement. If no damage or fault is found, the return will be at the customer's expense.
Please ensure that any warranty documents are retained at time of purchase - certain manufacturers will not cover warranties without these documents being returned to them.
Unwanted Goods
If you have purchased the item and decide that you do not require it, we may offer a refund less an administration fee of 20% on the cost of the item. Delivery costs are not refundable. Returned items in this category must be unused and unopened in "as new"; and "saleable" condition and in original packaging and all accessories returned.
All returned goods will be checked by our staff prior to replacement. If no damage or fault is found, the return will be at the customer's expense.
Delivery costs on any goods accepted for return will be at Buyer's expense. It is advisable to arrange for the goods to be sent registered post or with a tracking number so that missing parcels can be traced. We will not accept COD returns.
Under exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to refuse return of goods.
Unwanted goods must be returned within 10 business days of receiving goods and will only be accepted with a copy of our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
Warranty Periods
Warranty periods as stated on the mySleep Pty Ltd website are based on the Manufacturers warranty periods, terms and conditions. Terms of conditions differ per product and per manufacturer.
All warranty claims should be made through mySleep Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated on the product warranty supplied with the product.
Please Note. Due to strict hygiene measures we cannot accept returns on all of our range of products.
